Dhaniar Chutney (Coriander Chutney)
- Coriander leaves: 1 bunch
- Raw mango (tender and small): ½
- Green chillies: 1-4
- Garlic cloves: 12
- Salt and sugar: to taste
- Clean the coriander leaves.
- Peel an unripe mango, take half of the mango and make pieces.
- Grind mango pieces, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves, salt and sugar together to a smooth chutney.
- The Dhaniar Chutney tastes better if served chilled.
