  • Coriander leaves: 1 bunch
  • Raw mango (tender and small): ½
  • Green chillies: 1-4
  • Garlic cloves: 12
  • Salt and sugar: to taste


    • Clean the coriander leaves.
    • Peel an unripe mango, take half of the mango and make pieces.
    • Grind mango pieces, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves, salt and sugar together to a smooth chutney.
    • The Dhaniar Chutney tastes better if served chilled.
