Mango lassi

Ingredients
- Curds: 2 cups
- Mango cubes: 2 cups
- Sugar: ½ cup
- Chilled water: 1 cup
- Crushed ice: 1 cup
- Salt: ½ coffee spoon
- For decoration: Slice mangoes and mint leaves
Directions
- Whip the curd till smooth and chill.
- In a blender blend the mango and the sugar.
- Add the chilled curd to the mango juice.
- Also add the chilled water, crushed ice and salt.
- Whisk till smooth.
- Pour into four long chilled glasses.
- Serve with sliced chilled mangoes.
- Garnish with mint leaves
