Narikolor laru (coconut ball)
- Grated fresh coconut: 3 cups
- Sugar: 1 1/2 cups
- In a karai mix the grated coconut and sugar well with hands.
- Cook upo low fire stirring continously till the fried coconut mixer leaves the side of the karai.
- When slightly cool make small round balls.
- Cool and store in a container.
- Enjoy with a cup of hot tea.
Notes: I always keep a karai separetly for frying coconut Laru.
