  • Tender banana stem: 500 gms
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Mustard oil: 2 tbsps
  • Fenugreek seeds: a pinch
  • Sodium bicarbonate: ¼ tsp
  • Salt and sugar: to taste
  • Warm water: 200 ml
  • To garnish: mustard oil - 1-2 tbsps, ginger juice – 1 tbsp
