Ingredients

  • Gooseberry : 12
  • Fitweed: 1 small bunch
  • Garlic cloves: 8
  • Ginger: ½ inch size
  • Green chillies: 4
  • Salt: to taste
  • Sugar: to taste
  • Lemon juice: 2 tsp

Directions

  1. - Wash the gooseberries and remove the seeds. - Wash the fitweeds and chop. - Make a paste of the gooseberries with garlic, ginger, chillies and fitweed. - Also add salt , sugar and lemon juice. - Enjoy Amlokhir Chutney with parathas or rice and dal.
